As many of you have already heard, our club has returned to using ClubRunner for our web page. In addition to having a public-facing web page, ClubRunner also features a members-only back-end, where our club members can access many features. Some of these features include:
- Committee Management
- Create Committees and add members to them, and store committee files and documents in ClubRunner
- Email Messaging
- Email the whole club without having to create or re-use one of the mailing lists that have been cobbled together
- Manage Your Rotary International Profile
- You can update your own Rotary information in ClubRunner
Several times the club has requested members to log into ClubRunner and check it out - update your profile, change your password, etc. However, reports indicate that only a very small percentage of users have done so.
Please go to http://www.graylingrotary.org and click on the Member Login in the top right hand corner of the page.
Your username will be firstname.lastname.3313 (not case sensitive - for example, my username is chris.fisher.3313). As bulletins are currently accessible to the public I will not be putting the default password in this text, but if you have forgotten or never heard the password that was assigned please contact myself, Brad Scheer, or Brad Summers and we'll fill you in. Once you log in please change your password!
Once logged in feel free to explore a bit, but don't worry if you don't know what to do - we just want everyone to be familiar with the layout before Kathy Hegedus from the district comes to train us on the use of the site in April. If you do feel like doing more than just getting a quick look though, you should check your Rotary International profile and make sure it's up to date. Add your spouse's last name also if you would, as they are not listed currently (as reflected in the spouses listed in the left column for birthdays this month).
ClubRunner will be much more effective as our members use it more, so please help us learn how to use it. Any feedback is appreciated.
